The objective of this step is to confirm that a product is complete and the related project activities can be signed off as completed. The quality control work will be monitored and supervised by Quality Assurance System to ensure that products and services meet defined standards. Work on a product can only be considered complete when the product has been tested against acceptance criteria that have been previously established for the product. Also Quality Assurance System will ensure that the products offered meet business requirements and continually improving the quality control procedure.
