Md Zahidul Alam, Board Member and Founder Director of SIS Logistical System Limited, working with a role to set strategy, HR developments and overseas partners organizational development agenda. Together with the HDD team, he has devised inventory, human resource management and project management, as he believes that the success of any business lies in internal efficiency coupled with gratified employees. He is also involved in other strategic matters and projects at Group level.

Alongside the corporate aspects of SIS Logistical System Limited, Mr. Zahid believes that connectivity should not be considered a novelty and thereby is working on extending basic connectivity to the most rural areas of Bangladesh as a social responsibility. Mr. Zahid began his professional career by training at the various institutions, initially involving himself in the logistics (international shipping and freight forwarding) business.

From 2010, he becomes interested in technology and Mr. Zahid engaged himself in study and obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Information & Communication Technology (PGDICT) degree and soon after established a new venture “HDD Rig Unit” under the same management and entity.

Mr. Zahid achieved Masters of Business Administration (Management & HRM), PGDICT and Masters of International Trade & Business (MITB) from University of Dhaka and received many other professional trainings at home and abroad, while fulfilling the major required.
