After awarded the Tender, SIS Logistical System Limited will set up a project management team (PMT) headed by a Project Manager. He will oversee the works in maintaining high engineering quality, optimal engineering costs as well as the duration of the project.
Project Management Team, under the leadership of Project Manager, shall coordinate and collocate all kinds of resources in the company in accordance with the project scale and the project schedule. It shall be solely liable for and monitor the various links during project implementation ranging from survey, designing and drawing, supplying, installation, testing of material and its related facilities, preliminary acceptance and then to final acceptance. On the premise that engineering quality can be guaranteed, it shall try to shorten the duration of project and reduce engineering costs.
Project Schedule is based on the assumptions that: -
- Project kick-off for easy demonstration of the total project duration, and it is subject to change according to the actual contract award date.
- Delivery of goods and performance of services shall be made in accordance with the time schedule specified in the Project Schedule.
- SIS will be deemed to have familiarized all relevant staffs with the nature and location of the work, the general and local conditions of the sites and all other matters which can in any way affect the work under this contract.
- The staffs are suited in skill, health and temperament for the conditions and environment in which the work is to be implemented. SIS will assist in a timely fashion in the issuance of any work and/or entry permits, licenses, Work order etc. for personnel employed or temporarily engaged by the vendors.
