Logistic Management

The management and control of this function will be the responsibility of the Logistics Manager based in the Local Office. A Logistics Coordinator supports the Logistics Manager at each of the Regional Offices.

In addition, the Logistics Manager will work closely with the Rollout Manager to ensure the logistics program satisfies the overall project program requirements.

The Logistics Manager will also, with regard to the manufacturer’s instructions, produce the storage / transporting methodology and practices which will be adhered to by the warehouses and the partners.

Due to the geographical distribution of the project it is proposed that there will be warehouses which will be located at the Regional Offices.

The Logistic Manager is also responsible for transportation and temporary storage of goods in one or more warehouses at his own cost and risk.
