Project Management

The Project Manager takes the overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the project. SIS will appoint a field installation manager with whom project manager will maintain the closest possible co-operation at all times.

The project management function will have the responsibilities as following:

  • Contractual obligations and requirements are met concerning solution design, delivery, installation and testing.
  • Interfacing SIS project management and ensure OSP works and OFC works with ODF termination
  • Responsible for proper civil work, cable blowing and end to end DIT testing.
  • Planning, control and reporting of the project.
  • Keeping lead-time of deliveries.
  • Meeting agreed objectives.
  • Ensuring the works completed in quality manner.
Deputy Project Manager/s or other supporting personnel will be assigned to assist the Project Manager to deal with project activities during the period from the signature of the contract to the final acceptance.
The Project Manager reports to the project steering committee.
