The group is responsible for project implementation. It has four sub-groups:
- Engineering Survey, OSP route Planning & Design Group: Responsible to provide all survey, planning and route design.
- Installation Group: Responsible for the civil work.
- Commissioning Group: Responsible for DIT testing.
- Cutover Group: Responsible for technical support and customer consultation during PAT and a report shall be submitted to relevant office after completion of that work.
